Shipping methods and cost

Delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on the type of shipment and the product chosen.

PRICES SHIPPING TO INDIVIDUALS:

  • Shipping to available countries: free shipping cost.
  • Shipping to other countries: Ask for shipping fees to any country other tan the listed.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will inform you by email.

If you make your purchase and select payment by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we receive confirmation of payment.

YOU SHOULD ALSO KNOW THAT…

In periods of high season (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, Epiphany, etc..), orders may suffer delays in deliveries by collapse of transport agencies, product availability, etc.. To solve this problem, we offer an express delivery service with an additional cost that may vary depending on the approximation of the date of the order to the dates indicated above.

Tracking your order

Check the status of your order at any time in the My Orders section. Also, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email.

I haven't received my order yet

If you have not yet received your order and the delivery time has passed, please check your email as you may have received an email informing you that your order has left our warehouse.

You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section.

Please note that during sales or promotions, delivery times may be longer.

Items received are incorrect or have a defect.

If you have received an item with a defect or different from the one you purchased, we will refund these items and the shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouses and verify their condition.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchange

If after your purchase in www.happers.com you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days after receipt of your order to change it.

To do this, we will provide you with a link our carrier website to indicate how you want to make your return.

Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate on this document that you wish to make an exchange and the corresponding items.

Give the carrier your package.

Within 14 calendar days after we receive your package in our warehouse, your exchange will be processed.

Finally to initiate the exchange process you must fill out the following form to make the changes.

Withdrawal

Any consumer and user who buys in www.happers.com, in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, may exercise their right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day the consumer and user or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement to Distribuyen Ecommerce Group, SL using one of the two available options:

  1. Filling out the following form that you can find here: WITHDRAWAL FORM
  2. Send to the email orders@happers.com attaching our WITHDRAWAL FORM (although its use is not mandatory).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline. In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received. The deadline for reimbursement may take 14 calendar days after we receive your return in our warehouse. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer and user has expressly provided otherwise; in any case, will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. The consumer and user must indicate to us, according to the means of communication chosen with us, how he/she wants the refund to be handled. By choosing one of the following options:

  • The customer takes the package to the nearest carrier point being this return FREE OF CHARGE.
  • The agency will make a pick-up at your place of residence, the amount to be deducted from the refund being 12€ per package.

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for custom-made or clearly personalized goods or for sealed goods not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Refunds

The deadline for reimbursement will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the time we receive your return in our warehouse or until the consumer has provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the credit will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.
