Delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on the type of shipment and the product chosen.
PRICES SHIPPING TO INDIVIDUALS:
At HAPPERS, we care about ensuring that you receive your orders in the most convenient way for you. Here's how it works:
- Free shipping to a pickup point: For most of our products, you can choose to pick up your order at a pickup point of your choice for free. This is a great option for collecting it yourself whenever it suits you. This option will only be shown for products that can be sent to pickup points.
- Home delivery: If you prefer to have your order delivered directly to your home, you can choose this option for just €9 per product.
Exceptions:
The following products are shipped to your home free of charge and cannot be picked up at a pickup point:
- Any product from Bean Bags Gamer collection
- Pear-Shaped Bean Bag Size XL
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will inform you by email.
If you make your purchase and select payment by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we receive confirmation of payment.
YOU SHOULD ALSO KNOW THAT…
In periods of high season (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, Epiphany, etc..), orders may suffer delays in deliveries by collapse of transport agencies, product availability, etc.. To solve this problem, we offer an express delivery service with an additional cost that may vary depending on the approximation of the date of the order to the dates indicated above.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchange
If after your purchase in www.happers.com you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days after receipt of your order to change it.
To do this, we will provide you with a link our carrier website to indicate how you want to make your return.
Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate on this document that you wish to make an exchange and the corresponding items.
Give the carrier your package.
Within 14 calendar days after we receive your package in our warehouse, your exchange will be processed.
Finally to initiate the exchange process you must fill out the following form to make the changes.
Withdrawal
Any consumer and user who buys in www.happers.com, in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, may exercise their right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day the consumer and user or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.
*** To facilitate the return of your Christmas purchases we have extended the return period. Products sent between 21 November and 31 December can be returned until 31 January of the following year.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement to Distribuyen Ecommerce Group, SL using one of the two available options:

- Send to the email orders@happers.com attaching our WITHDRAWAL FORM (although its use is not mandatory).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline. In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received. The deadline for reimbursement may take 14 calendar days after we receive your return in our warehouse. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer and user has expressly provided otherwise; in any case, will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. The consumer and user must indicate to us, according to the means of communication chosen with us, how he/she wants the refund to be handled. By choosing one of the following options:
- The customer takes the package to the nearest carrier point being this return FREE OF CHARGE.
- The agency will make a pick-up at your place of residence, the amount to be deducted from the refund being 12€ per package.
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for custom-made or clearly personalized goods or for sealed goods not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
The consumer or user shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine their quality, characteristics or performance.
Refunds
The deadline for reimbursement will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the time we receive your return in our warehouse or until the consumer has provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the credit will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Methods of payment
All purchases can be paid with:
- Deposit/Transfer.
Make a transfer for the value of the purchase on behalf of www.happers.com to the account that we put at your disposal. The account number will be provided automatically at the time you place the order. In the transfer you must indicate the order number; in 24/48h after confirmation of receipt of the transfer by our bank will activate your order. - Credit Card.
You can conveniently pay with your VISA, Mastercard or Eurocard through the Banco Sabadell payment gateway. We will not have access to the information you provide about your card. Only secured cards are accepted, that is, you will be asked to identify yourself as the legitimate cardholder. Each bank has its own way of identifying the user. Once you have placed your order in our store, the program will direct you to the website of the well-known and secure payment gateway firm where you will enter your card details.Important: At the end of the process, our payment gateway page will return you to our store where you will complete the order process.
Our payment gateway uses SSL technology to protect your information. In addition, when you send a payment through this gateway, the recipient does not receive sensitive financial data such as your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
Credit card fraud is a crime and www.happers.com will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our store.
Shipping methods and delivery times
Orders will be shipped directly from www.happers.com through its logistics operators.
The calculation of the shipping costs is done dynamically depending on the products you have in your shopping cart.
In the event that there is no one responsible for the reception of the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a phone number that you should call to confirm at what time they can deliver the goods. The shipping agency will store your package in their warehouse for approximately 10/12 days before returning it to our facilities.
If you do not receive your purchase within the time indicated in our shipping and returns section, you should contact the Customer Service Department at www.happers.com. Invoicing

Warranty
All products offered on the website have the legal guarantee of conformity of 4 years in accordance with the conditions set out in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty.

The decrease in the functionality of the articles, due to the limitations of their conception, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.
In case of defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery. Although we extend this period to 4 years.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of the lack of conformity.

The contractual warranty offered is that set out in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. www.happers.com respond to the lack of conformity that are manifested within four years of delivery, provided that the customer has informed www.happers.com of such lack of conformity within 30 days after he became aware of it. In case of defective product, the seller will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. All this without prejudice to the powers of www.happers.com to verify the veracity of the defects, their origin and the time of their appearance.
In any case, for the proper exercise of the warranty, the Customer must contact www.happers.com, via email: orders@happers.com within a maximum period of 30 days from the discovery of the defect, and must report the nature of the problem, the time and conditions of its occurrence. Likewise, the Customer is entitled to the sanitation of the good following the rules of Article 118 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
What the warranty covers.
This warranty covers any defect both in the material and in the manual manufacture, including seams and zippers.
What it does not cover.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by pets, stains, humidity, abnormal use of the product or tears in parts where there are no seams. Any type of discoloration, neither by permanent exposure to the sun, nor by the use of detergents or chemical substances, will not be covered by this warranty. The padding, either polystyrene bead or foam, is not covered by the warranty. Since it is a part of the puff that naturally loses volume or firmness over time and / or use. We offer spare parts so that your Happers product, whatever it is, always looks like the first day.

Who is the puff for?
Puffs and pear puffs are designed for the whole family. These pieces of furniture are made in all sizes for both children and adults.
How are puffs made?
Puffs and pear puffs are handcrafted by expert hands in textile manufacturing. All puffs are hand-sewn with double stitching. The leathers of the puffs are synthetic and all the prints are resinated. The upholstery used is stain resistant. All puffs are cut using a template and sewn by hand with special machines. These machines are equipped with a thick thread finished in wax. The puff is filled with high recovery expanded fireproof polystyrene beads. These beads are in charge of shaping the puff.
What do I do if my puff loses consistency?
With use, it is possible that the high recovery expanded fireproof polystyrene beads lose some consistency. In this case, we have bags of 70 liters for you to refill your puff or pear puff. You only have to access our online store and place your order.
